Wednesdays 12:00 – 13:00 @Tarayoga Regensburg
This weekly class offers an integrated practice to support the the entire system. Each class will be a series of shorter sequences focusing on different aspects of the system – different body parts, different emotions or thoughts, resting, meditation.
The goal of this class is to give practitioners confidence in these simple sequences and techniques so that they can be integrated into self-practice, should one be interested in bringing their Yoga studio practice home. Coming together each week gives us motivation and inspiration to keep returning to ourselves and be actively engaged in our lives.
The approach to learning will be focused on empowering the practitioner to ask questions and be curious about their own experiences. All postures and practices can be adapted to serve the practitioner, so all genders, identities, ages, abilities, and body sizes are welcome.
